This is mostly a maintenance release; because it fixes a bunch of
potential security issues it is recommended that all users upgrade to
this version.

The most noteworthy improvement is a 40% speed-up of ClearType-like
rendering at sizes above 32ppem. The remaining changes can be found
in the release notes.
