Suricata 7.0.11 released

We are pleased to announce the release of Suricata 7.0.11.
This is a security release, fixing a number of important issues.

Notable Changes

LibHTP has been updated to version 0.5.51. This version is bundled
with this new release.

Various security, performance, accuracy, and stability issues have
been fixed.
