Keynote 6.0 is now available and addresses the following:

Keynote

Available for:  OS X Mavericks v10.9 or later

Impact:  The screen may be unlocked if the computer was put to sleep
while in Keynote presentation mode

Description:  In some circumstances, the screen lock would not be
engaged if the computer was put to sleep while in Keynote
presentation mode. This issue was addressed by improved state
management.

Keynote 6.0 may be obtained from Mac App Store.
